RETURNS / REFOUND

Each YASCA piece is unique. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Eligibility

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) is required.

2. Exceptions

  • Custom-made, hand-painted, or one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Process

  • Contact us at hello@yascawear.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items).

  • After we receive and inspect your item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at office@yasca.hu.

In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, please return your item and place a new order.

This policy is designed to protect both you and the creative integrity of each YASCA piece — ensuring transparency, fairness, and respect for the craftsmanship behind every creation.
