Each YASCA piece is unique. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns & Eligibility

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) is required.
2. Exceptions

Custom-made, hand-painted, or one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Process

Contact us at hello@yascawear.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items).

After we receive and inspect your item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at office@yasca.hu.
In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
